Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@ownmyheart.com.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration

To return an item, simply visit your nearest ACS Courier branch and request a return using your shipment tracking number.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer an appropriate solution after reviewing the case

If a return is required, we will cover all related shipping costs.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
