Do I need to buy the bracelet first?
Not necessarily. You can start with our plain bracelet base and add charms whenever you like.
Or, you can simply choose your favorite charms and build your own bracelet from scratch - the choice is yours.
How many charms should I choose for my wrist size?
For the best fit, we recommend 15 to 18 charms, depending on your wrist size and style preference.
Each standard bracelet comes with 17 links, which can be either blank or engraved.
Do I need to buy the charm tool?
The charm tool is optional - it simply makes it easier to attach and rearrange your charms.
However, if you prefer, you can easily add or remove charms by hand without it.
How long does delivery take?
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 4 to 9 business days, depending on your country.
